Returns & refunds Policy

At Tessa Make, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
  • Certain items such as customized, perishable, or clearance items may not be eligible for return

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not return any items before receiving confirmation and instructions from us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or, if applicable, as store credit

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days of our confirmation:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider (refunds may take time to reflect)
  2. Contact us at [email protected] if you still have not received your refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items or items not in their original condition
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order.
